Know which orders will be late before your client does.
Inhands tracks every PO with your suppliers (proofs, production, shipping) and flags what will miss the in-hands date. It drafts the chase emails for you. It works with commonsku, ESP, SAGE or your inbox.
Real product, sample orders. The live demo opens with the pilot.

“Where’s the proof?” “Has it shipped?” Every day, for every order.
- Your reps spend hours a week asking suppliers “where’s the proof?” and “has it shipped?”
- Late shipments are discovered when the client calls, not when you could still fix them.
- Order status lives in 10 supplier portals, 50 email threads and someone’s head.
Set up in one call. Nothing to install, nothing to migrate.
Step 1: Forward your order emails.
BCC one address on POs and supplier threads, or set up a forwarding rule. Nothing to install, no migration.
Step 2: Add your supplier logins.
For suppliers that publish order status on PromoStandards (SanMar, PCNA, HIT and 150+ more), we pull status and tracking automatically. For the rest, we read their emails.
Step 3: Get a morning digest.
Every order's status, what's at risk, and ready-to-send chase emails. You approve; we send.
Every line, from PO to delivered, on one board.
Inhands works next to the system you already use. It doesn’t quote, search products or replace commonsku. It watches orders after the client says yes.

Questions distributors ask
Do I need to switch systems?
No. Inhands runs next to commonsku, ESP, SAGE, Syncore or spreadsheets. Keep entering orders where you do today.
Do you need access to my Gmail?
No. You forward or BCC order emails to a dedicated address. We never connect to your mailbox.
Do you email my suppliers or clients without asking?
Never during the pilot. Every email is a draft that waits for your approval. Drafts written by AI are labelled as such inside Inhands.
Where do my supplier credentials go?
They’re encrypted at rest and used only to read your own order status from that supplier. They never appear in logs, and you can delete them at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.
What about suppliers that aren't on PromoStandards?
We read their emails: acknowledgements, proofs, ship notices and delay notes. The supplier checker shows which of yours are which.
